We are proud to collaborate with the “Wielcy Mali” project – an initiative created by young people who believe in the transformative power of education.
“Wielcy Mali” is a project that supports children in Tanzania in gaining access to education. Through fundraising efforts, social actions, awareness campaigns, and partnerships, the initiative expands opportunities for learning and personal development. Its goal is simple yet powerful: to ensure that every child has the chance to gain knowledge and build a better, hopeful future.
The project focuses on helping children return to school by providing essential supplies, books, and support from teachers. At the same time, it actively engages communities by organizing charity collections and educational campaigns in schools and across social media, encouraging people to take part in meaningful support.
“Wielcy Mali” also plays an important educational role among young people in Poland. It helps them understand the true value of education and shows how even small actions can create real change in the lives of others.
The initiative was created as part of the “Zwolnieni z Teorii” (Released from Theory) Olympiad by secondary school students. From the beginning, its mission has been to support their peers in Tanzania – both younger and older – by creating real opportunities for education and development.
Key activities of the project include:
- providing educational materials, books, and notebooks,
- supporting children in returning to school,
- creating safe spaces for learning and development,
- raising awareness about educational inequality.
Our cooperation is based on shared values: solidarity, responsibility, and the belief that education is a foundation for lasting social change.
Together, we work towards a future where every child – regardless of where they are born – has equal opportunities to learn and grow.
